Technical Manager & Senior Engineer with Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute

I lead teams of engineers that help design and deliver cyber warfare exercises to the US Department of Defense, the US Government, and other industry partners. This includes working with members of the cyber national mission force, and our nation's finest cyber defenders. I lead the design and execution of both individual and team training events and competitions to maximize our Nation's ability to operate and defend in this new domain. My teams have expertise in learning managements systems, remote training, virtualization, and assessments. We have built custom learning technologies and powerful content.

Graduated The Citadel in 2004 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Served in aviation and signals intelligence in the US Marine Corps from 2004 to 2012 with combat service in Afghanistan.

Over a decade of cyber operations experience with an array of government agencies and civilian organizations. Participated in USMC Cyber  planning.

Cyber Simulations

Designed and executed the largest cyber wargames in the world. Led the development of numerous technologies to support large scale cyber simulations.
